Only goods that are sent to our address after prior notification will be processed. Always enclose a copy of the order and a note of the intention. (other size, money back, etc.). If you return goods that cannot be exchanged without prior consultation, they will not be returned to you at our expenses.

Please note, we do not collect goods from a collection point, the goods must be delivered to the door. Goods must also be offered during the day, so do not choose the option that delivery can also be made in the evening.

We do not reimburse shipping costs of returning goods unless they are defective and covered by warranty. In that case you are requested to post sufficient postage and not to send unpaid. We will refund the shipping costs to you.
Goods purchased that are too large or too small must be returned at your own expense. Requesting a size advice in advance does not mean that goods can be returned at our expense if they do not fit. Size advice is without obligation and at your own risk.

Do NOT stick tape or address stickers directly to shoe boxes, as this will make them unsalable for us and we will be forced to charge Euro 5.00

Goods can be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. If the entire order is returned on time, you will also receive the paid shipping costs of the shipment that we have made. (so NOT from the return). That is only the DUTCH part, Euro 7.95
Shipping costs abroad will only be reimbursed if a defective item is returned under warranty.
After these 14 days, we check per item whether there is still an exchange or can be returned, but then no shipping costs will be reimbursed or new items will be sent free of charge.

Damage or missing parts must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt, so no 14-day period applies. Please state your order number and send photos if there is any damage.

If you return part of your order, we will only reimburse shipping costs incurred for the returned item. So, as an example, if you send back one pair of shoes out of the ordered two pairs, we will not reimburse shipping costs, after all, the shipping costs of one pair of shoes would have been just as high as two pairs.
If you return part of an order for exchange, we will send a one-time (!!) different size (no other item) at our expense. If the size is again incorrect, you must pay the shipping costs of a different size yourself. If it concerns the entire order, but the free shipping of another size has already been used, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return shipments without prior approval and shipments without a good description will not be processed. Insufficient postage will always be refused.

Reimbursement term for returned goods;
When refunding (part of) the order, we will return your money within 14 days, which is the legal term. It is almost always possible to do this sooner.
We only return to the number of which the original payment was made.

Returns of goods purchased on location;
For goods purchased at our location, different return conditions apply than for goods that fall under "distance sales"
You have 14 days to exchange goods purchased on location. Within this period, the choice is yours to exchange or request a refund. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging. Clothing that smells of detergent cannot be taken back.
Goods purchased at location must also be exchanged at location. Check the goods for any minor flaws (loose seam, button, etc.). Of course our employees will do that for you as well as possible.

What cannot be done with goods bought on location is to return them and get another item sent for free.

Goods that are specially made (trousers with a length of 0 cm, - 10 cm and + 30 cm or with a special colored trimming) or with a club name, club logo or name / number cannot be returned. This also applies if the chosen size turns out to be incorrect. In the event of minor defects (for example, a wrong number, spots caused by printing, etc.) we will remedy the defect.

Caps are ALWAYS specially made and are therefore never covered by the guarantee that you can return. If a cap can already be exchanged (in exceptional cases), then all shipping costs are for the buyer, caps do not fall under the "distance sales" regulation. The specified sizes on the site are "approximately" and if a cap does not fit, you cannot claim that the size you measured differs from the size stated on the site. The very best you can match with a teammate.

Refund of the purchase amount always goes through the bank.
