guarantee on gloves

Gloves come with a guarantee in certain cases. Because gloves are consumer items, they are not covered by normal warranty provisions and the degree of warranty / leniency depends on the age and use. To determine the age, the date of purchase applies, not the date of first use. When requesting a guarantee, we must always receive a receipt or an order number, without which we unfortunately cannot do anything for you. The reason for breaking laces or the appearance of tears can have various causes that can almost never be traced. There is no warranty on plastic gloves. If a glove consists partly of leather and partly of plastic, then the guarantee that applies to that material applies to the parts. Because it is impossible for us as a supplier to check what has happened to a glove, we strictly adhere to the warranty provisions specified by the brands. The offered discount applies when another glove is purchased. This discount is not refundable as compensation.
