DELIVERY TIMES. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND MISUNDERSTANDING.

DELIVERIES GENERAL INFO;
During the production process of our clothing, we do not have access to the progress in our studio. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any information by telephone or electronically. It is only useful to inform if the delivery times stated below per item have been exceeded. If, after the specified delivery time, you want to inquire, please do so by email, we cannot immediately answer the status of an order by telephone. We try to answer e-mails with questions about expired orders within 24 - 48 hours during working days.

WHETHER OR NOT IN STOCK;
If you want to know before you order whether a garment is in stock, you can inquire by email. You will then receive an answer the next working day. We can NOT provide you with this information over the phone. At the end of each working day, someone will visit the big warehouse and will check whether your requested item is in stock and you will receive an answer.

DELIVERY TIMES;
We make game clothing for all baseball and softball clubs with which we have an appointment within 30 - 35 working days after receipt of payment and order via the website. During the busiest time of the year, this can sometimes take a little longer. As soon as your order has been received, it will be shipped.

Competition clothing is understood to mean the pants prescribed by the club (including any trim) in the normal length (+10 cm and +20 cm) and the competition jersey prescribed by the club (including logo and any numbering). Club jackets, PB shirts and windbreakers are not part of competition clothing.
 
*For pants + 30 cm, the delivery time is approximately 36 – 45 working days.

*For white, black and gray SSK pants PA LADIES, PA PRO and PA BUDGET which are not in stock, the delivery time is 30 - 36 working days.
 
*Club/student jackets have a delivery time of 36 – 45 working days. With less than 3 pieces, this can unfortunately take a little longer.
 
*Wind breakers that are not in stock have a delivery time of 30 – 42 working days. With less than 3 pieces, this can unfortunately take a little longer.

Sending web orders of in-stock items usually takes no longer than 3 - 5 working days, in the busier months (April - May - June) the delivery can take a little longer, if the goods still need to be printed, an additional 3 - 5 days can be added.

WITH A SLIGHTLY LONGER DELIVERY TIME WE CANNOT INFORM EVERYONE PERSONALLY AND UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT GIVE AN INTERMEDIATE REVIEW, GENERAL INFORMATION APPEARS PROMINENTLY ON THE WEBSITE.

With a combined order, we ship when everything is ready to ship, unless you have selected the option 'Send in two parts'. With this option, the stocked goods will be sent as soon as possible. The goods that need to be made or ordered will follow as soon as possible.

Due to the extremely busy time at this moment, we are not always easily accessible by phone, thank you for your understanding.
