Warranty on shoes. Shoes come with a warranty in certain cases. Because shoes are consumables, they are not covered by normal warranty provisions and the degree of warranty / leniency depends on the age and use. To determine the age, the date of purchase applies, not the date of first use. When requesting a guarantee, we must always receive a receipt or an order number, without which we unfortunately cannot do anything for you. The offered discount applies when other shoes are purchased. This discount is not refundable as compensation.
If we reimburse a repair at the shoemaker out of goodwill, you must email the receipt. Repairs are reimbursed up to a maximum of € 12.00 including VAT.
