If you wish to exchange or return goods, you must return them sufficiently stamped to;

Only goods that are sent to our address after prior notification will be processed.
Always include a copy of the order and a note explaining what the intention is. (different size, money back, etc.).
If you return goods that cannot be exchanged without prior consultation, they will not be returned to you at our expense.

Damage or missing parts must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt, so there is no 14-day period for this. Please state your order number and send photos of any damage. Please note that we do not collect goods from a collection point, the goods must be delivered to the door. Goods must also be offered during the day, so do not choose the option that they can also be delivered in the evening.

Please also clearly indicate that the package may NOT be delivered to the neighbours.

Goods that are not collected in time at a service point and are therefore returned to us will not be sent again free of charge. We have to pay the return costs + surcharge and for a new shipment we will charge shipping costs again.

See here which goods cannot be returned. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returning goods unless they are defective and under warranty. In that case, you are requested to pay sufficient postage (PostNL) and not to send unstamped. We will refund the shipping costs to you. Goods that are purchased too large or too small must be returned at your own expense. Requesting a size advice in advance does not mean that, if they do not fit, goods can be returned at our expense. Size advice is without obligation and at your own risk.

Do NOT stick tape or address stickers directly on shoe boxes, as this will make them unsaleable for us and we will be forced to charge Euro 5.00! Goods can be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. If you return the entire order on time, you will also receive the paid shipping costs for the shipment that we made. (so NOT for the return shipment).

Shipping costs abroad will only be reimbursed if a defective item is returned under warranty. After these 14 days, we will check per item whether it can still be exchanged or returned, but then no shipping costs will be reimbursed or new items will be sent free of charge. If you return part of your order, we will only reimburse shipping costs that were made extra for the returned item. So, for example, if you return one pair of shoes from the two pairs ordered, we will not reimburse shipping costs, after all, the shipping costs for one pair of shoes would have been just as high as for two pairs.
If you return part of an order to exchange, we will send a different size (not another item) at our expense once (!!). If the size is incorrect again, you must pay the shipping costs for a different size yourself. If it concerns the entire order but the free sending of a different size has already been used once, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns without prior approval and shipments without a good description will not be processed.

In the event of a refund of (part of) the order, we will refund your money within 14 days, which is the legal term. It is almost always possible to do this sooner. We only return to the bank account from which the original payment was made. Returns of goods purchased on location;

Different return conditions apply to goods purchased on location than to goods that fall under "distance selling". You have 14 days to exchange goods purchased on location. Within this period, you can choose to exchange or request a refund. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging. Clothing that smells of detergent cannot be returned. Goods purchased on location must also be exchanged on location. Check the goods for any minor defects (loose seam, missing button, etc.). Of course, our employees will do this for you as best as they can. What is not possible with goods purchased on location is to return them and have another item sent for free. Goods that are specially made (trousers in length 0 cm, - 10 cm and + 30 cm or provided with a special coloured piping) or provided with a club name, club logo or name / number, cannot be returned.
