Important Information Regarding Delivery Times

To manage expectations and prevent any misunderstanding, we kindly ask you to read the following information carefully before contacting us.

Order Status and Updates

During the production process in our atelier, we do not have direct access to the real-time progress of individual garments. Therefore, we are unable to provide status updates via telephone or email during this phase.

  • When to inquire: Please only contact us if the delivery times listed below have been exceeded.

  • How to inquire: We kindly request that you contact us via email only. Our telephone staff cannot immediately access production statuses. We aim to respond to emails regarding overdue orders within 24 to 48 hours on business days.

Stock Availability

If you would like to know if an item is currently in stock before placing an order, please send us an email.

  • Our warehouse team checks availability at the end of each business day. You will receive a response the following business day.

  • Due to our logistical process, we cannot provide stock information over the phone.

Delivery Times

Delivery times commence once your payment and order have been received through our website.

* Please note: For orders of fewer than 3 pieces, delivery may take longer.

Additional Details:

  • Printing: If in-stock items require custom printing, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days.

  • Combined Orders: Orders containing multiple items will be shipped once the entire order is complete, unless you select the "Ship in two parts" option during checkout.

  • Peak Season: During our busiest months (April, May, and June), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Non-Business Days and Holidays

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays are not counted as business days. Due to our atelier being located in the Czech Republic, we observe several local public holidays:

  • Spring: Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1st (Labour Day), May 8th (Liberation Day), Ascension Day, Whit Monday.

  • Summer: July 24th – August 7th (Summer closure of the atelier).

  • Autumn: September 28th (Czech Statehood Day), October 28th (Independence Day), November 17th (Struggle for Freedom and Democracy Day).

  • Winter: December 24th – 31st (Christmas and New Year’s closure).
