Non-Returnable Items & Return Exceptions

To avoid disappointment and misunderstandings, please review the list of return exceptions below carefully before placing your order. Products that are custom-made, personalized per order, or cannot be resold for any other reason are fully excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Which items CANNOT be exchanged or returned?

1. Customized and Team Apparel:

   • Any clothing featuring a club name, team logo, player number, or player name.

   • This also applies to items that do not have an individual name or number, but do feature a club name or club logo (such as hoodies, caps, t-shirts, and windbreakers).

   • Advice: We strongly advise trying on apparel with teammates beforehand to find the correct fit. Ensure that you try on apparel from the same brand you intend to purchase.

2. Custom-Made Pants:

   • Pants manufactured in non-standard lengths (such as +0 cm / Knicker, -10 cm, or +30 cm).

   • Pants finished with custom braid/trim (colored side piping).

3. Caps (Hats):

   • Caps are always made to order according to specific customer/club requirements and do not fall under the standard distance selling return policy.

   • Sizing listed on the website is indicative; we strongly recommend trying on a teammate's cap of the same brand beforehand.

4. Bats with Removed Packaging or Signs of Use:

   • Bats (wood, composite, and metal bats) from which the protective plastic wrapping has been removed.

   • Bats showing any signs of wear or ball contact (even after hitting a single ball, exchange or return is completely excluded).

5. Used, Washed, or Damaged Items:

   • Clothing that has been worn or smells of laundry detergent.

   • Items from which original tags, labels, or protective packaging have been detached or removed.

   • Shoes where shipping labels or tape have been adhered directly onto the original shoe box (a fixed € 5.00 repackaging fee will be deducted if returned).

6. Incorrect Sizing on Custom Orders:

   • The custom-made items listed above cannot be exchanged, even if an incorrect size was inadvertently selected.

⚠️ Important Rules Regarding Ineligible Returns

• No Free Return Shipping: If you return an item that is not eligible for return according to the conditions above (such as printed teamwear), the item remains your property and will not be returned to you at our expense.

• Reshipping Fee: We are obliged to charge a € 9.70 return shipping fee to send the ineligible package back to your address.
